Shipping Information
Enter home or office shipping address and select during purchase process.
(A) Deliver service
Valid for local delivery only.
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 working days from the date of payment confirmation subject to stock availability.
There will be a delivery sub charge of $30.00 for purchase of $500.00 and below.
In the event where customer fails to receipt within the confirmed timeframe (for the 1st free delivery). There will be a sub charge of $40.00 for subsequent delivery.
(B) Self-collection
Opening hours: Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm, avoid lunch time from 12 noon to 2pm (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).
Invoice MUST be presented at point of collection as it acts as a Proof of Purchase.
Return Information
Please do check the condition of your product(s) upon receiving them.
(A) Delivery Service
Exchange complete set of defective product within 7 days from date of delivery subject to stock availability.
(B) Self-collection
Customer are to bring the complete product set with packaging to TDS office.
Delivery Note will act as Proof of Purchase when request for exchange.
Note: After which, all aspects of warranty will be carried out solely by manufacturer.
